- Rates are negotiated on an individual basis taking into consideration number of nights, arrival dates, and number of arrivals
- Deposit of $25.00 per room due within 2 weeks of group booking; balance of one night per room due 45 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation of tour – 30 days prior to arrival
